Where to pick up respec cards/

<p>I screwed up one of my respecs of my attributes yesterday when I was respeccing my toons. If memory serves there are cards you can pick up that allows a respec of your AA's or your racial ability choices but can't remember where you can pick them up....  If I am remembering correctly can someone remind me please?</p>

Those were /claim able items, the 3-years-vet reward iirc

<p>And if you don't have the respec cards available, there are respec NPC's in the major cities, like the mage tower in south qeynos.  You may also have one in your guild hall as well.</p>

<p>There's an NPC that allows you to respec for a fee in SQ (and somewhere in FP as well I guess). This guy also gives you a free respec card (5 charges I believe) once if you hail him. Should still be the case.</p>

<p>depending on the age of your account, you may even have a /respec available to you, it only works on your racial trates tab, and it worked yesterday on one of my toons.</p>
