<p>It is working, but hard to hit the right spot. You have to scale the "wall" which is Shark Bait Rock, keep jumping... Sometimes being on a carpet helps to get high enough.</p>

<p>There's an easier way to get up it, though it took me a while to figure out.  If you're in the water at the corner that is facing NE, so that you are facing SW, you can walk your way right up that corner-edge to the ding.</p><p>I think those directions are right, I may have them backwards...  If you're facing the corner, behind you is the open sea, you're facing the wall of rock, the shark bait rock is kind of leaning... away from you... sorta.</p>

<p>Worst POI EVER.  I spend 2 hours trying to get all of the CL updates, and swam around this thing at least 10 times with no update.  I had to search for it here, and find a crazy way to run up to its very top before it updated.  Please test these things before releasing them ingame!!</p>
