Dark Mail Gauntlets broken

<p>Hello,</p><p>Before patch I could get 5.5k dps on training dummy in my guild hall. After patch I get 3.9k dps.</p><p>Ah, yes before you mention that racial traditions were reset. I can get 5k dps using t3 gloves and I used to get 5k dps using the T3 gloves.</p><p>The Dark Mail Gauntlets do not proc like they used to. Are they broken for anyone else?</p>

<p>The mage version. I use them on my Necromancer.</p>

<p>They are proccing fine for me on a naked character. Can you check to see if any other procs or effects might be interfering with them? If you discover something they're not stacking with, that should be an easy fix.</p>

<p>I've also noticed that my Vampiric Choker no longer works as intended. I get less dps when I use it compared to other chokers.</p>

<p>I've heard reports from people in my guild about various item based procs being broken including the zarrakon belt and illusionist mythical. The mystic in my guild is claiming that in order to even see the belt proc she is having to cast ancestry on her self.</p>
