Extremely long zoning

<p>Not sure if this is a connection problem or not, but it would seem that way.</p><p>When I zone, i'm stuck at "Recieving Zone Info" for too long, and I DC, (or I get tired of waiting after 5 minutes and hit Exit)</p><p>Any help?</p><p>Thanks in advance,</p><p>Jason</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>Has this been happening for a while or is it a fairly new occurrence?   Are you using a router with your network setup?  If so, please try bypassing it temporarily so that you are plugged directly into the modem.  Then try zoning again and see if you are experiencing the same issue.  If that corrects the problem then we will need to set up your router for port forwarding.  Let me know if you have any questions.</p>
