Diagnal Line in GPU Shadows

<p>Heres a picture i took in game that bothering me to no end look really carefully you can see a Diagnal line runs across the screen corner to corner  what is happening is everything on the upper side of that line is detailed/ sharp like and everything below the line is blurry or softened i can't figure out what it might be  other then gpu shadows since when i turn them on it really sticks out like a chest wound, if i turn off shadows all/all then it's not there not sure if it's a issue with my ati 4830 or just a noticeable bug thats still being worked on  any input be nice ?!?!?!?!</p><h3><a class="l" href="http://getsatisfaction.com/balsamiq/topics/diagnal_line"><em><em> </em></em></a></h3><p><img src="http://img36.imageshack.us/img36/7954/weirdb.jpg" width="1904" height="1145" /></p>

<p>I believe this is a known issue at the moment and it has been discussed in the GPU shadows thread here:</p><p><a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?start=405&topic_id=444895" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=444895</a></p><p>I am not sure of the ETA on a fix, but you might want to try logging into the test server to see if it's happening there as well.</p>
