Toxic Backlash fixed ?

<p>According to today's update notes:</p><p>GENERAL</p><p>* Fixed an issue where items might trigger when they are restricted to a certain damage type.</p><p>So does it mean toxic backlash will only trigger off noxious now ?</p>
