Cannot re-install

<p>I just bought a new Comp and am trying to install EQ2.</p><p>I have an account already and in good standing.</p><p>I keep getting this message....</p><p>Window: "EverQuest II Launchpad" Images could not be loaded</p><p>Everything shuts down and can not install.</p><p>new system : Quad core 8200 2.33g</p><p>                       Nvidia GTX 295</p><p>                       Asus P5N-D Mobo</p><p>                       4 gigs ram</p><p>                       Vista home</p><p>Any help in getting this to work would be greatly appreciated</p>

<p>The error you're reporting is usually caused by the security features in Vista.  If you haven't already, please try these steps:</p><p>1. Right click on the program launch icon2. Left click on "Properties".3. In the new window that pops up click on the "Compatibility" tab.4. Under "Privilege Level" make certain that the box next to "Run this program as administrator" is checked.5. Click on "Apply" then click on "Ok".6. Right click on the icon and select "Run as Administrator"</p>
