Claw Reversal & Deflection

<p>Started putting points into this, but I've noticed that the deflection amount under Avoidance in the Skills tab does not increase by the corresponding amount per tier when a point is added. The min/max deflection number doesn't increase at all. I'm a noob so am I missunderstanding something or is this a bug?</p>

<p>Claw reversal increases your deflection by a % amount.  For example, if you have 10 deflection and you have 10% <strong>deflection chance</strong> your deflection will now be 11 because the 10 deflection was increase by 10% which is 10+(10*.1)=11</p><p>While it doesn't seem like much, deflection chance is actually the best way to increase your uncontested avoidance because monks have a significant amount of uncontested deflection coming from thier defensive stance and their mythical.  However, it is much much less important to raise claw reversal if you aren't tanking high end mobs.</p>
