My little sister wants to play the game again, she hasn't played since last year. I got her a game card but then she realized she didn't remember her account name... and she tried to guess which email she used, but she said none of her emails work in the "send any info to this email address" function. She can't think of any other email she might have used.

Is there anyone she can talk to? She can provide of course all the address information, character names, credit card #, etc. If she can't figure out her account name or email, is that account lost to her forever?

To use live chat select Search the Knowledge base in the upper right corner, then the chat tab. Their hours are Monday to friday 10 AM to 7 PM pacific so be sure to adjust those hours to the time zone you live in. She will need to supply some proof of ownership of the account.

Quick update. She was able to find her account name in her Sony/Everquest II/ folder since she never uninstalled the game. It was listed in the name of one of the .ini files. From that she was able to guess her password and should be all fine. Thanks for all the help.
