Race change item?

<p>I've searched all over and haven't found a for sure answer yet either... I have been away from the boards for 3 months that might be half the problem. However, I think its a Marketplace item so they can add it whenever. </p><p>It really sucks if we have to wait much longer... I am excited for this more than anything else...</p>

<p>I did manage to find some vague information... someone stated they will come out after the racial traits revamp... my guess is sometime between the next game update and the expansion.</p><p>Or at least I hope... I was excited and signed back up to EQ thinking it was this game update... I'm a bit bummed now... heh</p>

I know some people want race change potions pronto for Lore or other reasons. However the issue is the Racial Trait changes going on now. Some races will have to switch races just to maintain the same benefits they have now. It's kind of absurd. A lot of people are hoping that racial traits will change before Gu53 goes live. We won't see Racial Change tokens before the Racial Traits are finalized. Why? Because otherwise folks will change race and then when more changes come, they'll scream and shout that SoE didn't "warn" them that races might change again. If you are just wanting to change races for appearance, continue to use your racial illusions.
