<p>Is Mithraniel typically the god paladins go with?</p><p>Looking at</p><p>h<a href="http://eq2.wikia.com/wiki/Gods">ttp://eq2.wikia.com/wiki/Gods</a></p><p>seems there are some interesting choices, wondering is there is a consensus on god to use, or if it just depends on what a player wants. For me, I want to be able to tank, but also nice to do some DPS too.</p>

I've worshiped every god in the game trying to find the 'right' one. From my play time. Marr-Alright for his end miracle and sacrifice. Decent for DPS Tribunal-Scales of Justice and the high dmg spell blessing are nice. Rodcet Nife-Decent for Shield of Faith (temp buff that drastically increases Crit Mit. 20secs) Cloaks don't much matter as instance stuff from Scion of Ice are better for tanking. But the stun Proc on Tribunal can be handy in some places.

For me, I want to be able to tank, but also nice to do some DPS too.</p></blockquote><p>Play the way you prefer, as Gods are a personal preference based on your playstyle.</p><p>I picked Marr and it's pretty good (especially the extra DPS miracle, for those times when you're stuck on a darn named and that extra 50 dps can topple him). Plus the cloak isn't half bad for appearances when you find a better cloak, either (it's a full one to the heels, and a pretty blue and white. IMO the prettiest diety cloak as well).</p>

<p>I agree Mith Marr is pretty good. I took tribunal for the 10 min buff that heals when damaged heh. But i had Marr first.</p>
