<p>I bought EQII and went to make a new account and got this:</p><p><p><strong>type</strong> Status report</p> <p><strong>message</strong> <span style="text-decoration: underline;">/eq2/accounts/lp/en/create_new_account.vm</span></p> <p><strong>description</strong> <span style="text-decoration: underline;">The requested resource (/eq2/accounts/lp/en/create_new_account.vm) is not available.</span></p></p><p>Why?</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>At what point during the process are you getting that error?  Are you trying to sign up through the launchpad or through the website. </p><p>If you are trying through the launchpad then please try creating the account at the following web address:</p><p><a href="http://www.station.sony.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://www.station.sony.com/</a></p><p>Select join free in the upper left hand corner to get started.  If that doesn't work then please let me know what step you're getting stuck on.</p>

<p>Using the site you gave me, it's not accepting my MasterCard debit card which has money on it... so that shouldn't be an issue.</p>
