Cant log in?

<p>Cant log in, keep getting message wrong name or password.  Got an email from SOE stating someone made a purchase.</p><p>But I didnt make any purchases.  Cant change my password, got a message it was changed less than 24 hours ago.</p><p>But I didnt change it. Too early to call or use chat.</p><p> Any sugguestion on how to get my account back?</p>
