Do u use the other Shard Armor set?

<p>I think I heard someone saying that he has both T2 shard armor sets, one to use when tanking and he called the other one the 'dps-set' .. </p><p>Is this common practice? How much more DPS will you likely get out of this set?</p>

<p>Some of us carry a full set of class specific and hybrid t3 gear and swap between them depending on when survivability is an issue.</p><p>If you have the shards and the time, it has some benefits, but it isn't something I'd sit down and focus on.</p>

<p>I have to admit i have both class and hybrid t2 on my pally alt depending on what i'm doing in a group or even the situation. Probably not going to get him t3 anytime soon although i stand a better chance of getting the t3 hybrid gear due to people not generally rolling on the molds if they can get the class molds.</p><p>Personally just look at the stats and see if you want it. You know what roll your going to be doing so use which set you feel works best for the situation.</p><p>The only gripe i do have with the t3 hybrid is the shield effectiveness mod changes to requiring a buckler on t3 where as it's any shield on the t1 and t2 <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
