<p>After this morning issues, i was able to log in this afternoon, but after i switched toons, was booted. I re-logged in</p><p>only to get this error " You do not have a EQ2 subscription" I have checked my Acct, its payed up and i cant access my</p><p>subcription info. <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" /> Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.</p>

<p>I have the same problem on 1 account.  At first it said my password was wrong and now its telling me I do not have a subscription.</p>

<p>there is a thread going on over in the account forums about issues with Global Collect, if you are paying for your subscription by that method you may have been affected by it. The CS people start at 10 AM pacific, you will more then likely have to contact them to resolve ths issue</p>

<p>I'm not sure what Global Collect is.  Is that for outside the US credit?  I'm in the US paying with the same card I have used before.</p>

<p>I made a post in billing.. i guess this is a billing issue more than a general tech issue.</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>You mentioned in the other thread that you were able to get this issue corrected.  We also put in a system-wide fix earlier that fixed the problem for most people.  Let me know if you are still unable to log in.</p>
