Keeper of the Forest doesnt work

<p>The wood eld Innate Ability of "Keeper of the Forest"  doesnt seem to work.  Suppose to reduce gathering and foresting by 1 second but this doesnt appear to be the case.</p>

<p>May not necessarily be a bug. Depends on whether you have any equipment reducing the harvesting time.</p><p>Gathering time cannot go below 2.5 seconds. So if you have equipment that already gets you to that point, the racial ability won't do anything.</p>

<p>same thing as all teh visions whats the point of ultra, infra vision, when using the vision kills your raid in most raid zones.</p>
