white box error

<p>so the coin icon in my inventory and trade window is a white box and some of the belts in my inventory are also a white box..</p><p>What did i mess up what do i need to removec and replace?</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>Do you have a third party UI installed with the game?  That would be the most common cause for the issue you're reporting.  If you are using something like that then it might be necessary to remove it temporarily.</p><p>If that doesn't work then the other possiblities would be bad texture files or hardware issues with the graphics card.  A texture file could be corrected by deleting the cache file from the Everquest 2 directory and initiating a full file scan through the launcher.  A hardware issue would be quite a bit more complicated.</p><p>Let me know if you are still experiencing the issue after trying those suggestions.</p>
