This happened to me and also to a friend today. Apparently the trade channel is full of people complaining about it happening to them too. My account shows as active; the sub doesn't expire until the end of the month, but if I try to log in, I'm told I don't have a sub. Tried all sorts of things, nothing works, so waiting on email support...

Happened to me too, when I go to try and resubscribe it just gives me an error page, a lot of folks on Splitpaw seem to be getting this, but no one's flagging it as it's the weekend... sigh.

Im no EQ2 player, im from PlanetSide. However im also getting this problem, got a monthly sub running but unable to login (=requesting me to sub again, which btw dosnt work).

And im unable to post on my own forum aswell, so i need to seek out other station boards. =/Im at a loss as to what i can do considering PlanetSide is a very old game and got little to no support.

Whatever you do, DONT pay again. Thats just paying them twice and SoE policy is NEVER to give a refund. Theyre so strict on that policy that they have people there dedicated to getting chargebacks reversed. Youve paid for a month and by the sound of other threads, the systems are so borked, that I doubt if you could resub, even if you wanted to pay twice.

Myself and a friend are both effected. We were both booted out of game at 6pm UK time, 10am PDT, and refused to let us back in with a pop up message saying we do not have a active subscription, and we are both paid up to the end of the month. I know I was paid up to the 27th.

Greetings,

According to the information I have received, there was an issue with global collect that closed out some subscriptions. We ran a script to correct the problem this morning and everyone should be able to log in again. Please let me know if that is not the case.
