Only casting a beneficial spell triggers Dogma. So the the reactive trigger do not trigger Dogma. What triggers Dogma is: - Casting any heal including the Reactives - Cast any Buff (incl. Fanaticism) - Cast any Cure - Cast any Rezz Casting a group spell will trigger Dogma once for each affected creature (chars and main pets). Costing power for each trigger. If you don't have a high power replenish through power procs this can drain your power really fast. Also cures a very power intensive with while Dogma is up. So while it is a nice little extra, you should always check if your power can manage the additional drain. If you are falling below the mobs live in power it might be a good idea to cancel it for a short time.

Normally procs can't proc procs and I can't remember getting a heal proc from a cure (which does proc dogma). But at least the power drain and damage of Anashti Sul still hit for the dogma procs.

Okay, so we know that some procs can proc with dogma procs, so its within the realm of possibility that Dogma could proc things like Mana well?

I never had that in my log as far as I can say. I only had hostile procs beeing proced by Dogma.
