No goodies from purchase of TSO degital download

<p>I just upgraded from the free version of EQ2 through the Recruit-A-Friend program to the full TSO version through SOE as a digital download and have not received the in-game items that are shown on the TSO webpage. I am able to go to the Moors and get max AAs. The e-mail I received to verify payment did not include an activation code and nothing appears in the "Claim" window.</p>
