<p>One of the biggest deterents to writs--especially in upper t7-- is the cycle time in doing them.  I'd like to suggest a portable writ token purchasable from the respective factions that has a reasonable cool down ( 15-30 mins seems fine) that can offer writs anywhere.</p>

<p>yes make this game even more easymode please, its not easy enough yet.  I'd like also a portable mender that doesn't require tinkering to get because the it takes too long to get tinkering up and i'm a transmuter anyway. This will help raiding alot</p>

<p>I agree with the OP</p><p>Crafting writs can be done in a GH or a TS instance, and the npc for them plus everything you need is in the same zone, they give the same status as AV writs.</p><p>Where as AV writs require multiple zones, multiple npcs,  plus you need to wait on multiple mob spawns to be able to complete them.</p><p>You can purchase a writ giver for your Gh so you can call to Gh pick them up, but that still requires multplie zoning, plus large travel amounts, plus wating on spawns.</p><p>But its kinda redundant, when you are actually leveling a guild up to get access to a GH you cant actually use this.</p><p>Making it so you can get the writ in the zone where the mobs are would cut down some of the tedium, and bring AV writs back into parity with TS writs.</p>

If you are 70 and hit KP, the writ mobs are right in front of your face.With how fast travel is now the max down time in a solid writ cycle is 5 minutes. The only thing the portable writ giver would change is the zoning back to the writ giver. As for abuse, that's why there's a suggested cool down time.
