I've been working on increasing my casting speed's.

Currently I am getting 40% from Benevolent Alacrity on gear

and the 14% from Facile Grace (AA, Cleric INT line)

(I also have Divine recovery for a further, temporary 50%, but would keep this, even if I was personally at cap, as it benefits group-members)

Is there a hard-cap on cast speed increasing effects?

Or is there a soft-cap where further additions are just not worthwhile?

Thanks for any help.

Afaik, spell haste caps at 100% which cuts your casting time in half. Iiirc there was no diminishing returns aka soft cap, but you might want to check yourself by examining a spell w/o any spell haste gear, with your normal gear and with divine recovery (and maybe even post the values).
