<p>i am very discourages, I was looking forward to playing everyquest 2 classic when i got home from gamestop, i downloaded it and made an account for it. Ofcourse i had to enter the code it said on my box so i went to my account ant enter activation code and i did it. i tried too log on and was very dissapointed at seeing the window pop up saying:you do not have a everquest 2 subscription. Man was i [Removed for Content]! So i go to my subscription info and it says everquest 2:<span style="font-family: Tahoma; color: #ffffff; font-weight: bold; white-space: nowrap;"><span style="color: #bbbbbb;">CLOSED</span></span></p><p>What? its supposed to be 30 days and hasnt been 3 minutes plz i really would like some help</p>

<p>you still need an active subscription. you will get the 30 days before your credit card is billed, and can cancel any time within those 30 days and not have to pay anything.</p>

If you cancel the billing within the first 30 days youer billing ethod will not be charged. The only exception to this is if you use a game card to activate teh subscription - there are no refunds on those.</p>

<p>Also, in the OP you make it sound like you already had an account before purchasing the TSO expansion. Is that the case? If so, did you already have a trial or previous expansion on that account? Please let us know so that we can assist you further.</p>
