Cant enable lvl chat,chat options bugged ?

<p>I just transfered my character to the test copy server ,but i cant seem to enable lvl chat... the word channel list is empty and all channels are listed in custom channel list but everytime i check the boxes from lvl70-79, it just resets when i press ok... is this normal, and how can i fix it ?</p>
