Can I give AA-Mirror and crafted Shard Gear to Twinks?

<p>I don't play on Test but have a question:</p><p>Is it possible to give crafted AA-mirrors and crafted shard gear to twinks?</p><p>If not it would be cool if they would be unattuned heirloom items so that I can give them to twinks on the same account.</p>

<p>But some of the lvl 80 Mastercrafted weapons are, like the Finely carved Effigy on my Monk is now Heirloom on test.  But I don't think the Void tainted sword is heirloom which is wierd.</p>
