Priest of Discord quest & quick PVP primer request

<p>Can't find a Priest f Discord anywhere and I have looked on both sides of the gates of Qeynos. Anyone tell me where they are, please?</p><p>Also, since I am not a PVP player, and TEst-Copy has gone PVP, can anyone please put a few pointers as to what is different for PVP please? I see folk saying "Go to the bank first.." Does this mean we lose money if crrying any and we die? What about kit, do we lose any of that? In Lineage 2 we lost kit AND money. <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>I actually hate PVP but am willing to give it a try here... if someone clues me in, please.</p>

<p>The Priests of Discord aren't in-game at the moment.</p><p>I believe you just lose money.  When you die, you lose half of your on-hand cash.  Funny thing is, on my first kill(in SS) I managed to pull in 500 plat.  Seriously, who walks around with a 1,000 plat, on any server, let alone PvP?</p>

<p>You can lose up to 70% of the cash you carry and 1 item in your inventory (unattuned and tradeable.)</p><p>All combat arts and spells have a reduced damage or duration.  If you examine them, there is a pvp checkbox you can use to see what the reduction is. </p><p>All classes exist in all cities (if the player betrayed them) on PvP servers.  So you will often see epic battles of SK vs SK.  <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>Heroic Opportunities do not work in PvP.</p><p>If you attack a player, or defend yourself, you will be unable to zone until you lose said player hate.  If you just run away from the attacker, you can zone and they can not.  Some buffs will automatically place you in combat though, like thorns or spores.</p>

<p>Yeah was pretty awsome logging into Test-copy while afk like I usually do on my PVE server.  Then coming back, seeing myself dead and looted for 17 plat.  I had no clue pvp rules were turned on and I won't be back until it's changed back to PVE.</p>
