just loaded TSO expansion and am having problems

<p>I just loaded the The Shadow Odyssey from the original store disks on to my new laptop then proceeded to take the updates from the launcher.  When i go to load up the game, I get Rise of Kunark spalsh screens instead of TSO ones and the station store window when i log in is a black field that can only be removed by hitting <escape>.  My laptop is running Windows Vista Home Premium. I have the same thing on my desktop and do not have this problem.  Why did this happen and how do I fix it?</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>Did you add the activation code to your account?  The software will allow you to install all of the files but you will not be able to access them unless you add the activation key.  Since you automatically get access up to Rise of Kunark when starting a trial, that is probably why it is displaying that splash screen.  Make sure you enter the key and let us know if you're still having an issue.</p>
