Faction change NPC for test copy

<p>Can you please add a faction change NPC, would make grouping and testing so much easier. (for either pvp or pve testing) No time to betray and do it right on test.</p><p>Thanks</p>

<p>I would also like to see an option to have the newbie buffers give you something like 160 AA.  I wanted to test the different rates of AA gain while mentored, self mentored, and variations of the slider.</p>
