Let me start by i love the new change although i have 1 problem with it, it seems as if now i can only port to 1 of the other zones, if i'm lets say in antonica i only have the option to port to any1 of the 4 other places but i can port to antonica, and yes i know i'm already in the zone but still, this is 1 of my ways of travel so pls allow it so we can still port to all zone even if we'r already in 1 of them, tnx

Yea, that would be nice. The casting graphic is also slightly glitchy as it makes your character look like they vanish then re-appear.

The part to choose the current zone is fixed internally. It is just awaiting the next update along with a ton of other fixes.

I'd like to see the Planar Symbol requirement shelved for wizlock ports, or if you're going to keep it, add a druid equivalent, and even out the port locations.

or just get rid of the symbols.

... or just reactivate some of the Spires which are there but broken. There are a lot of them in Norrath.

If they made it so that druid portals could be used without having the shrub for there, then I'd say go ahead.

If Joe Blow the L1 warrior wants to take a sorcerer portal to TG he can. If he wants to take a druid portal he's out of luck until he gets out there and gets the shrub.

That is the major difference and that is one reason there are more druid portals than spires.

Could you guys give us a better animation for this? It looks like basically a druid ring with the image of a wizard spire inbetween. Wouldn't it have been better to have a real spire come out of the ground?

I don't like that I poof and reappear though. Other than that they don't have leafs around the edge so I am fine with it. I really hope we get more places to port too though. I hate that the druids win with more locations. I always felt ripped off with not having a KJ port. I guess with guildhalls we aren't as necessary but still!

It made sense with its original function but just looks/feels silly with the way the spell has been changed.
