<p>Isn't there a Linguist NPC on the dock? Any player of any level can buy language tomes from him (or is it her? Can never tell with those Sarnak! <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/ed515dbff23a0ee3241dcc0a601c9ed6.gif" border="0" /> ).</p>
