Where is the Timeless Chronomage in Freeport?

<p>I've been to North, South, East and West Freeport. I've asked guards for timeless and chronomage. I could only find the Chronomagi tasker.</p>

<p>I had the same problem. As a workaround currently you can go to the dockside markets in Neriak, and also Qeynos harbor. They all work reguardless of your alignment.</p>
