<p>He appears directly infront of new characters in Gorowyn and Neriak (don't know about Freeport toons).</p><p>Good aligned toons can't seem to find him at all - it was mentioned in chat that he was outside the North Qeynos gate, but I couldn't find him after wandering out towards the Central Farmlands.</p><p>Could good-aligned people have an easier chance at coming accross Moosh?</p>
