Heal time cap?

<p>Ok, just out of curiosity, is there a min time cap that we can lower our Heal reuse timer to?  My reuse timer was at 1:41, and I just got my 4th piece of fabled gear which is supposed to lower my heal timer by 45 seconds.  But my timer is now only 1:30?  It only lowered it by 11 seconds?  Just curious.  Thanks.</p>

<p>The reuse cap is 100% of its original timer.</p><p>For heal, the reuse timer is 3 minutes so that the reuse cap on heal is 1:30 minutes.</p><p>You can respec your points on heal focus in TSO monk line to other useful aa abilities.</p>

<p>Perfect, thank you.  Now that you mention that, I do remember reading that somewhere along the line.  Guess you're right though, it frees up some AA points to be better spent elsewhere.</p>
