Test Server login crash

<p>Everytime I try to log into the test server with any toon the game crashes. I'm able to get to char. select, i have tried copied char's, and new char's everytime it starts to load up the game and enter me, EQ2client has crashed... Is this something that is known? If so does anyone know any work arounds.</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>We generally do not support the test server here since it's entirely possible that the test code is causing the crash issue.  That said, I can offer some basic suggestions if you can provide some additional information.  Were you able to log in on the test server before?  Did you change anything on the computer between the last time you logged in and now?  Was there a test update during that time?  Could you provide some basic computer specifications?</p><p>That information will help is with locating the issue.</p>

<p>I have changed almost everything in my computer, I now have a Phenom x4 3.0, dual channel OCZ 4g 1088 ram, PNY Nvidia GTS 250, not sure what else you would need to know from the computer. But on my last setup i was able to play test, and it was HORRIABLE compared to this. I do not belive there was any updates at the time when I tried to log in, I belive it was the day before.</p>

<p>I had the same problem tried anything but con't log in. i could get to CS but every time i tried to get into the game</p><p>the client crashed untill i swiched my custom UI back to default that solved it to me so u might try it out too.</p>

<p>Well with a new toon created it shouldnt matter about UI's, you would have to choose the UI when you enter the game.</p>
