30-day trial and special item issue!

<p><span >I think I might have the same problem, I had a free 14 day trial when I went in but then that stopped and I still had a 30-day trial activation key which would give me 30 free days and a special dire bear mount I believe I put this in a while ago and then it said I got the bear mount but when I tried playing I needed to subscribe so did I lose the 30 day when my first 14 I automaticly had ran out or is this a technical problem?</span></p><p>And does anyone else have this problem?</p>
