The new Translocate spell

<p>If you are currently in the zone it won't list that zone for a choice (ie you can't port to Moors from Moors). Seems like a bug to me. If I'm all the way at Guk or Palace and I want to go to the zone in area I often port myself there to save a lot of time. Put it back please!</p>
