Numbers of Rooms added, is this fair? Don’t get me wrong for I love the new additions to all of houses that got them.

My main beef is how the Neriak, Kelethin, and Gorowyn houses were already so much bigger then the 5 room houses in Qeynos & Freeport and all they got was med. size room added. I feel that they should of got two rooms really considering the cost, status you need to get into them unlike the other houses in Neriak, Kelethin and Gorewyn. Heck, even the 3 room in Mal’jul had 3 more rooms added. I think even the room that was added is even smaller then extra room added to one roomers in the sub cities.

It’s not fair, and I am not asking for a increase in item count just because of it either. I beg of you please reconsider adding another room to them pretty please?

I just always figured that it was one of those perks for living away form the major cities... They still don't have any customization that I know of were Qeynos and Freeport do...

Yeah, I kind of know how you feel. The qeynos manor you only really have hte main room to work in if you have a tall design, and even then it's not very tall.

What I'd love to see is make the room added to the qeynos manor 3 stories tall, and expand it so that it is roughly as wide as it is already long. Then add a door in the basement to the bottom level and let us figure out what to put in there. (Yes I really mean leave the door on the third floor... leading out into nothing!)

Would love to see a new house design . . . my favorite building in Qeynos is the old Furniture Shop/new Ironforge Exchange . . . I would LOVE to have a house that looked like that

There are definitely perks to the Freeport/Qeynos homes, but I did agree that the height and size of the Qeynos addition was a little lacking so I made some tweaks. The roof is more loft-ish due to the window in the attic space above sitting directly over this new room, so there is a compromise. The room is about 1.75x deeper and twice the height. This change will be on Test in a week or so (whenever we push new art).

I'll likely make similar adjustments to the Freeport 5room as well.

That's so much better looking than the little room before.

Although the Engineer in me wonders what's below there... just trying to think in 3D, the room should be above basically empty space in the house, right? (Since the rooms on the first floor don't really extend beyond the cellar stairs, which are almost under the stairs to the second floor).

The extra one in Qeynos I am not sure where the one is now, not checked them out yet but I am sure if you would do it you'll know where.

I'm kinda disappointed by the new rooms (Qeynos 5 room house, Karana court) Was hoping for an outdoors area/garden possibly leading off the back room.

I was surprised where the room was located in the Qeynos manors as well.

It would be perfect for making a balcony overlooking the room, or even building a full floor out of carpets to make 2 rooms out of it).

It would be awesome if it was 3 stories tall, one thing the Qeynos rooms don't have a great deal of is rooms with significant vertical space. The most we have on Live is the entry room, which is ~2 stories tall... but somewhat limited by the railing, stair placement, zone in point placement, and door to the other room & the cellar. (All those different places to go limits what you can do with the room when you compare it to a room with an entrance(s) only on one side).

This got me to thinking about soemthing else that would be nice to have changed in housing and since it is being tinkered with I figured I would mention it.

Could we please get auto-opening doors in our houses, it is a pain to have to put the item down then open the door, or even two doors, then pick up the item again and move past the door, providing you are fast enough and the doors didn't close on you before you were ready lol

Actually I would love all doors to auto open like they do in shard zones, it adds nothing to the game to have to center the mouse for every door you run into and click it to open it.

I feel like the freeport 5 room house has always been a bit small. I wouldn't mind the Devs in charge of housing holding in Shift and scrolling the entire house out a click or two.

Freeport and Qeynos still have my favorite housing, but it gets kinda cramped in Freeport homes so I have ended up moving to Neriak or Gorrowyn on my toons with bigger homes.

I wouldn't mind another house to upgrade that is bigger I'm a huge packrat and really enjoy the housing aspect of the game, more then anything I would like a large outdoor area since they have added so many trees and garden type items to the game now, I hate trying to either cram one tree into my house or have to make the tree very small to place it, I would just like to see something like the old house in qeynos with the walled in back yard and the fabric shade cloths running over top only open for people to build up. I also like the windows in the guild halls and gorowyn houseing that you can look out of and see the ocean or if they could blurred glass that you can see qeynos from, especially if you can put a few houses outside, on the outskirts of the cities rather then live inside them.

I don't mind an additional room, but will we ever see large wide open houses where players can finally use house items to make their own custom rooms and what not? rather than having to work around oddly angled walls, pointless multiple trims, etc.

I'd gladly take a giant empty void of a cube for a house if it meant I had room to make my own house layout >.>
