First let me say as a troub who cast 16 buff everytime i die this change is amazing. The main problem is any spell that is modifided (ie from gear or aa) still drops because when you are dead you lose any gear or aa bonuses. Please look into this before it goes live.

I noticed this with Magis shielding. All in all though much better than before.

It looks like "Innate Racial Abilities" that have to be cast (such as the water-breathing and safefall) have to be recast as well.

It's not required to play, and Rothgar does not want the basic default UI to be overly complex.

I think he did consider adding some 'advanced' features as optional to the default UI, kind of like the raid window, but I don't think he had plans for click-to-cure for that.

With this change is there any way we can get it fixed to where we dont drop buffs when changing out a weapon to put a temp adornment on it, or better yet the ability to temp adorn you secondary without removing it or even making the temp adorns auto consume!

I'm assuming single target buffs such as TC, UT, and battle cry all still drop on death. Is this correct? Not a complaint one way or the other I'm just curious.

Blah, the majority of the buffs my coercer casts are single target. Only a couple are group-wide. I thought this would save me from having to hunt down others in my group after a wipe so that they can get buffed (i.e. Hold still so I can buff you, [Removed for Content] you!).

Shoot, knowing that it only applies to groupwide buffs really takes the fun out of this change for me, speaking as a coercer. 99% of the time I'm using all 5 of my concentration slots for single target buffs, so this makes the annoyance of rebuffing basically no better.

I'm still going to have to hunt down people 7 times to put buffs on them before doing anything useful, every time I die. And since some people, when they revive run from the zone-in to the pull spot immediately, and others take their lazy day time rebuffing at the pull spot, it'll still be an annoying guessing game of "who's in range for their single target buffs" every wipe.

....and I shudder at the thought of having to find all the people in *other groups* to rebuff with these single target buffs every death should the proposed changes to enchanter buffing go through! Please reconsider adding in single target buffs with this change.

Throw in dimensional storage and you have 20 seconds right there, takes me about 3-5 to buff my fighters and I can do all of those while running now that deity pets persist.

We really need a way to have pets and their buffs persist, that is a majority of our buffing time and since pet casting is still an interuptable spell we have to stand there for at least 30 seconds to cast a pet, put it in storage, cast another pet and then we can run off and start to buff the pet while running. That is until he gets out of range because he cant keep up.
