NPCs not usable

<p>It appears that some of my characters are no longer able to use the banker, broker, mailbox, relic seller, mendor, etc. depending on which zone I'm in. I've checked with others on the server (Lucin DLere) and they are having the same issues.</p><p>Friends list is also gone, along with chat channel list, along with the channels themselves.</p>

<p>Generally an issue like that usually points to network or connection problems if you'd like to go with troubleshooting said issues. Though you mentioned other folks on the server having the same trouble, so I'm unsure if that would have an effect.
