Sig help

<p>I don't know if this is the right place to ask this question, but I need help making one part of my sig. How do you add one layer on top of another using photo shop CS?</p>

<p>I have CS3, not Cs so not sure what the differences are, but on mine at the bottom of the layers window is a little image of a paper folded back, that adds a new layer.</p><p>if you cant try that, might make sure your tool isnt set to something like crop, that wont allow you to do anything else, The basic move tool should work, and make sure whatever file youre using is compatible with PS.  Can't think of what else could make it so it wont work for you.</p>
