Unable to Log Into Guild Hall

<p>I'm currently not able to log in any of my alts that are camped in the T3 Guild Hall.  It starts to load but I get bounced back to character select.  My one alt that's not in the hall is the only one that makes it in.  This is on Lucan D'Lere.</p>

<p>Assuming the guild hall instance isn't down for some reason, a router would be the most likely culprit here.  Are you using a router with that system?  If so, can you bypass it so that you are connected directly to the modem?  If the problem stops happening when you plug directly into the modem then we will need to configure that router to work with the game.</p>

<p>If you are using the eq2 icon to launch the game, download the station launcher and try that.</p><p>It fixed the issue i was having today before you start messing with your router, firewalls and port forwarding.</p>

<p>I'm uncertain it's the issue in this case as not all his characters are getting stuck, only those in the T3 hall. But it's certainly still worth a shot.</p>
