<p>When I do /camp <name> , the loading will take about 5 min to get on but out of sudden, the loading send me back to the character selection!</p><p>To make it playable, I had to exit the eq2 and log on the eq2 to play other character.</p><p>Same with new characters - after finishing create a character, the loading send me back to the character selection.</p><p>Whats wrong with this problem?</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>Do you have voice chat enabled in the game? If so, you might want to disable that feature when switching between characters. There is a known issue with voice chat at the moment that is causing others to experience a similar crash. Let us know if you are still experiencing the issue after disabling voice.</p>

<p>Are you using a router with your current connection? If so, please try bypassing that router so that you are plugged directly into the modem. Generally speaking, most issues that result in a drop to character select are caused by a router issue. Let us know whether or not you still experience the issue when bypassing the router.</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>Based on your connection test, you are behind a router. If possible, bypassing it would be the easiest way to see if it is the issue.
