No EULA on startup

<p>I just reinstalled after a few months and am trying to access my old characters. I have no character selection and after reading some threads, it appears I need to select US for my region in the EULA.</p><p>However, I never got the EULA screen on startup. The only EULA I've ever seen is the one for the launcher and there are no regional settings for that one. I've seen screen shots of the in-game EULA but I have never got that screen on start up.  I do not know how to access this. Is there something I am missing?</p><p>Also the "Characters" tab in the launcher shows no characters even though I made a couple lvl 1's earlier. This is the only MMO I've ever seen that hides your characters from you.</p>

I even made a new char on Guk and played on it for a minute.</p><p>I'm using the station launcher.</p><p>My main characters are on Guk. I even searched the EQ2 players database thing and looked up my chars and they are all still there....</p>

If it is the new one the region changes is different - after you log on, select station then languages tos set the region, if the old launcher do a search on the tech support forums, one of the TSR's posted a fix for that</p><p>2. Characters tab reall have no idea, I never use the drop down, always select PLAY, from what I understand the drop down is a local cache folder and will not show anything till you either go through the play option or you actually load the characters</p>
