my acount is suspended for no reason

<p>I would like to know wy my acount is suspended? i payed my subscription and it says cancelled and acount suspended.</p><p>i cant have done anything wrong cause i have not played for over 3 months but still i have payed for it so wy is the subscription cancelled and acound suspended</p>
