<p>Using station and he isnt there to select *poof* gone.  Kithicor is there and it takes me there with no other character option.  Does it normally take 12 hours or more to hear back?</p>

<p>Hmm, as far as I knew AB was back up...</p><p>2 things to check...  be sure that you are in fact signing into AB and be sure that you hve the corect region set for the launcher.  I had this issue once...  I was living in Europe at the time and had set it up for the US servers.  The server crashed, but when I logged back in the next day, the region was set for EU and I had no characters!</p><p>The petitions may take time...  depending on how busy they are.  AB had a lot of issues yesterday s they might be quite busy.  Keep an eye on it <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>Most of the posts related to the AB server seem to have stopped about 2 hours ago.  Are you still experiencing this issue?  I was just able to log into AB when I tried for testing purposes.</p>

The list of characters accessable by the patcher is NOT always pulled from what you have in-game, it's sort of cached.</p>
