hey guys what, i pay to not be able to play. philosophy fail

<p>well i've been trying to log in my character for the past 13 hours, unfortunatly he does not exist anymore obviously, what a weak game. is it time to quit?</p><p>think i deserve some free game time after all these years, and too think, you guys give other people who quit free game time, but not the loyal customers, awesome guess ill be on of em that gets free game time to come back,</p>

Remarking in a someone elses's thread tends to get lost and confuses the issue. Ganes time, call customer support and talk to them</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>At this point I'm sure you're aware that the issues you are reporting are a result of service downtime.  Generally speaking, we do not compensate for service downtime as mentioned in the EULA you agree to every time you log in.  Beyond all of that, we can not assist you with account issues like this over the forums since we can not collect your account information.</p><p>Since you are not requesting any technical support in this thread, I will be locking it.  This subforum is not the area to explain why you have or will quit the game.</p>
