Emergency Downtime for AB and The Bazaar

<p>Update:</p><p>We are still experiencing issues with the gnomes in the database.  They seem to have rewired things a bit <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>We're going to restart the servers.  If this fixes the issue, we should be back up and running within the next hour or so.  If not, we're looking at a more extended downtime.</p><p>I'll update as soon as I have more information to share.</p><p>Thank you for your patience and we apologize again for the inconvenience.</p>

<p>Update:</p><p>Everything should be good to go now.  The database tinkering seems to have been fixed and there should be no further problems.</p><p>For the affected servers, the Moonlight Enchantments will run an extra day.</p><p>Thank you for your patience, everyone and happy gaming!</p>

<p>We understand there seem to be some data-related issues after the servers were brought back up.  We're tying to determine if this is isolated to a few accounts or more wide-spread.  This will determine our course of action.</p><p>We'll update you as we know more.</p>

<p>AB is back open for business.  It appears that some players may have been corrupted this morning when the database problems began.  If you find youself in this situation, please make a petition to Customer Service and they will restore your character to the last backup.</p><p>We'll keep a close eye on AB for the rest of the day to make sure we don't see any additional issues.</p><p>The Moonlight event will be extended for another day.</p><p>Once again, I'm sorry for any lost time you might have experienced due to these issues.</p>
