Characters gone.

<p> At aproximately 12:45 AM EST I logged off on my character Kaerakh. In the morning however not a mere 8 minutes ago at 11:50 AM ALL(Yes ALL) of my characters that were on Antonia Bayle server vanished. I have no idea when the exact time was when they vanished, but I logged in and they were gone. I would greatly appreciate what ever support can be give to remedy this issue.</p>

<p>This exact same thing just happened to me and 3 friends just now, withing 15 mins of eachother.  I was actually online when it happened running toonst hrough the ring event.</p><p>I ported to Gfay, then all my spells reset to apprentice, and several out right disapeared from my spell book.  Then I crashed to char select screen.  I was greeted by the pop-up that happens when you first log in and have no characters.</p><p>I really hope this gets fixed!  <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>All my Antonia Bayle toons are missing as well. Happened at about 8:55 am pst while I was doing solo quests in Moors. I was kicked to character select to find that both my AB server toons are missing. My sole Blackburrow toon is still there.</p>

<p>OMG it just happened to me too!  I was zoning from Fens to the guild hall - screen froze.  I disconnected and tried to log back in and was taken to the character select screen ... Welcome to Norrath ... create a new character.  All my characters are gone <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />  I am also on Antonia Bayle server.  HELP!!!~!</p>

<p>I'm not so sure this is a simple login server issue.</p><p>Right before I crashed, I had zoned out of my house.  When I came to in South Qeynos, my City factions all changed and my AA's all went poof (not unassigned, I mean totally gone).  In a panic I zoned into my house again hoping all would be well.  Then I got the boot to char select and the Welcome to Everquest II sign.</p><p>I'm kinda thinking that there will be a rollback involved.  Either way it'd be lovely to get some kind of info handed down from above.</p>

<p>Before you assume there has been no response to this problem, you might try clicking on the "Recent Topics" selection above the forum you are currently in. There are usually several topics started when something like this happens. They don't get to posting on all of them at once and usually get around to merging all the similar topics. There have been dev responses in at least one of the other topics on this issue.</p><p>I personally, hope they  are spending most of their time fixing this and not talking to us.</p>

<p>Characters gone is normal when the client doesn't get to the server. SOE did respond, in the General Gameplay section. They are working on it.</p>
