<p>Am I misunderstanding, or did i miss something? I just created a char last night, and was able to disable combat & quest XP. Isn't that level locking?</p>

<p>In the good ol' days of eq2, you could disable combat experience and pvp to your heart's content and not have to worry about leveling. Now, even with combat experience disabled, you still get experience off of pvp kills, therefore will outlevel that tier eventually.</p>
