<p>Hi,</p><p>I need some help identifying the account I used to play EQ2.</p><p>I have played EQ2 long time ago. Now I have decided to come back, but I cant remember my login. I have tried the feature on the web site. I entered my email address and I recieved 4 accounts in return. These were the accounts created for EQ, EQ2 and Vangard. I checked the billing information thinking I could identify looking the billing history. I picked the one I thought the correct and activated it on trial mode to check if my character was there. Well, my character lvl 50 was not there. I tried the same thing on my other accounts. Same thing!</p><p>Now my question is: Which one was the account I used to play. And where is my character lvl 50? When I used the trial function did I delete it? Is there a way of restoring it?</p><p>My friend told me he did add my old character to his friend list. So I think my character still exist, but what can I do to have it back?</p><p>I need some help.</p><p>Thanks in advance!</p>

Is there a way of restoring it?</p></blockquote><p>Contacting support directly is probably the best option, as mentioned previously.  I believe you can check the characters on the account without subscribing by using the EQ2players.com website, though.  You can find that website here:</p><p><a href="http://eq2players.station.sony.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://eq2players.station.sony.com/</a></p><p>Go to that website, log in with your name and password, and then select the 'Characters' link on the left side of the page.  Your characters should be listed along the right side of the page at that point.  Please let me know if you have any questions.</p>
